OH I had this. This is a sign of vitamin deficiency. They are not eating healthy and taking the vitamins they need to live a healthy life. Tell him to take vitamins and good meals everyday and also take him to a doctor.

it sounds like vitiligo, a skin condition where the melanin in you skin is two different shades. my mother has it over her whole body and there isn't much you can do to get rid of it unless you have big bucks. some people say that's what wacko jacko had and he had a dermatologist somehow even out the vitiligo, which was the white spots on his skin, to give him an even skin tone. you can google it or get a referral to a dermatologist.

Your brother sounds like he needs to see a doctor do not take any chances there are alot of skin diseases out there and if that be the case you want to catch it early. If it is dry skin it may be eczema.

My little brother has that also...its on his arms though. I've heard it called "chicken skin." There is a perscription called "Elocon" (ointment) that helped or an over the counter cream called "Eucerin." If it is that my brother had, that took care of it over a couple week time period.

It could be any number of things, tell him to show them to his doctor next time he's in.
