I have not tried that, sounds pretty decent though. But my favorite is sushi, specifically California Maki (has avocado and cream cheese; I forget which fish they go with but they wrap the whole thing in seaweed--which isn't as gross as it sounds). Beforehand a nice hot bowl of Miso soup, its a hard meal to beat on flavor, lightness, and presentation.
