get active. like for example, run a little bit, have like snowball fights with your friends, and whatever you think is fun that will keep you active. Also, you have to have the will to do it. You should at least be active 45 minutes a day. I personally am active like 2 hours a day, but thats cuz i play tag and hide and go seek and frisbee in wal-mart... XD! so yeah, it will take a while, but its WAY better than diet pills. Diet pills lose mainly muscle and water, and you gain weight back. If you are active, you will lose weight safely, and be proud because you did it on your own.

It's not miraculously fast but it is only about a 6 week eating and excersie program. You eat 6 times a day meals and snacks consisting of more proteins, good fats, and leafy greens and then after the 2nd week you start yourself on abdominal, back, and upperbody ecxercises. You will lost about 25lbs and you'll get rid of the visceral fat which is highly dangerous for your health. It's called the Abs diet and the book costs about $7. It's not a gimmick, it's just showing you exactly what you should be eating and what muscles you should be working to shape your stomach.

you cant reduce the fat on one part of the body, it is called "spot reducing" and it isnt possible w/o surgery

pushups for your chest and crunches for your abs, and lots of cardio: jogging, basketball... anything that it will make you sweat!
