I am a Tennessean and yes, indeed, I love home cooking, Tennessee style! Grits, sausage biscuits and gravy; collard greens, turnip greens, pinto beans, fried potatoes, country ham, fried corn, cornbread, okra, buttermilk fried chicken. What's not to love!!

I take it TN is standing for Tennessee ??

I went thru some Navy schools in Millington, TN long ago... and developed at taste for grits, greens, and such. There was a little cafe outside the gate that I would hit for weekend breakfast... and became a FIRM lover of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy !!

Strange given that I was raised a granola-eating Californian.
