The differences are both geographical and morphological. Haliaeetus leucocephalus or American Bald Eagle has a distinctive mature phase that displays a white head and tail and it is geographically restricted to North America.

I believe so.... they are what are called sexually monochromatic, although there s a bit of sexual dimorphism because the males are always slightly larger. Hope this helps!
