Honestly, it's not worth getting worked up about. Having twins is a long shot and not something that you can plan to do.

You're 20 and have two kids already and want more ???
When will you have time to have a career ? A life with friends or even a husband?
You are a child yourself.Take some time .
P.S. There is no way to get twins. They just happen.

Maybe what he means is he wishes you were twins--every red-blooded man's fantasy. (sorry my DH wrote that - but it was funny so I left it) twins are a handful until they are old enough to entertain each other. I have several twins in my family and although they worked their mom's crazy the first 3 years once they were past 3 they were very different kind of synced and much more pronounced in behavioral differences but they are all identical - My DH's dad is a fraternal twin and they are very different- and that's about all I'll say about that.

Never had twins. Unless you plan to take some form of fertility drug twins are not guaranteed. You alone cannot control what you have. Some people have twins when they run in their families but that is not a guarantee. Doctors will not give you fertility drugs unless you have a difficult time getting pregnant.

I think you should wait until your 4 month old is a little bit bigger before getting pregnant again. Just a personal opinion....... Twins are hard, but what's even harder is having a 4 year old, a 1 year old and 2 newborns.

I've had female twins. They're still babies, and they were born this past November.
Basically;
You're belly is a bit bigger than a woman pregnant with one baby.
When one twin "comes out", the other baby MUST "come out" in the next few minutes, otherwise you may have to have a C-Section.
Twins're great. All babies are precious.

This probably wont help you any but my boyfriend wanted twins untill we saw a young couple with twin infants eating lunch in Burger King one day, and they were so tired, you could just tell, they sat there forever after they were done eating, just staring off into space. You could tell they just didnt have ANY energy at all. He changed his mind quickly!!!

There's no guarantee that you'll get twins, just like there's no guarantee of a boy or girl baby when you get pregnant. Our neighbor had twin boys and says it's not much different from having just one. You do everything you normally would, just for 2 babies.
