For things like that (because of the weight/volume issue), here's one page that has possibilities for what might help in several of its categories:

In cases not involving weight/volume, I love the function that Google has which allows you to get all kinds of conversions just using the magic word *in* in at google.com (or I have the Google toolbar so the window is always at the top of any page I'm on).

"The in operator is used to specify what units you want used to express the answer.
Put the word in followed by the name of a unit at the end of your expression," then click GO.
Here are a few examples of search queries:

435 tablespoons in cups
5 kilometers in miles

(more info on using the calculator for this and many other things here:

If you have a block of butter look on that cuz one block is a pound and it usually shows cups on it. I think it's 2 cups in a lbs.

Here's a site to convert just about anything:

However, as the above poster stated, it's difficult to convert weight to volume. You might have to do some experimentation with the ingredients, i.e. weigh them.

Cups is a measure of volume, not weight. Each ingredient has a different density, so a cup of chocolate chips won't weigh that of a cup of flour. (However, a pound of chocolate chips WILL equal a pound of flour  )
