do it slowly..give it some time before clicking the pic..
looks like u zoomed too much and it went beyond the optical zoom and the digital zoom came in the picture...

zoom very slowly and with a steady hand ,a tripod helps

do it very slowly and take a second it will focous on the producta eventually.
