No. We have to rely on historical evidence, such as the historical evidence of the fact that Jesus existed in history. This is about the Jewish historian Flavius Josephus.

The Christian faith comes into play when we accept the witness of the apostles and the testimony of the Christian martyrs who died professing that Jesus is God manifested in the flesh, that He raised Himself up from the dead, and that Jesus is God the Almighty.

There are some things that you can show, by deductive reasoning, that they can not exist. So, yes, there IS a possibility to prove SOMETHING doesn't exist.

However, this "k" does NOT extend to all "k+1". In other words, being able to show the non-existence of a "thing" does not mean that you can also prove something else as not existing.

It's logically impossible to prove the non-existence of something. To even attempt to is an exercise in futility. However, that is no reason to start from the position that something exists simply because it cannot be proven. The onus is on the party making the positive claim. If one says they believe there is a 7 foot hominid covered in dark fur wandering around the forests of the Pacific North-west, then it is up to that person to provide evidence for it's existence. It's simply not good enough to provide reasons why such a thing is so hard to find, but bigfoot claimants offer countless reasons why one has never been photographed or why a corpse has never surfaced. That's not proof, and never will be.

If you believe that infinity exists, then you cannot prove that something exists, because there will be an infinite amount of space/time/questions/answers, out there to be explored. Do I really exist? It's so easy.....

Depends on what it is you are trying to prove doesn't exist. If it truly does not exist, yes. But, if it really does exist..no, not possible!

Yes. Einsteins once thought of the theory of relativity which was unproven during his times. Like Einsteins, there are things we strongly held and believe what we could only see with our minds. That, it takes a leap of faith to produce the result of that belief and yet the link between belief and result sometimes can't still be proven.

Yes, but only if the existence of the thing would be a logical contradiction, such as a married bachelor.
