God sent him to the arth to die for us.not just any death.a death on a cross.not just a death on a cross. They pulled the beard out of his face, spit on him,and beat him.HE IS THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS!!! when our day on earth is over we will ALL stand before him in judgement if you have not accepted him as Lord and Savior. The world may not beileve this Jesus man.as they call Him.But if you do I PROMISE to you that when we all go to judgement you WILL go to Heaven.JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN!!! Those who do not believe in Jesus you worship some other false God will go into judgement and He will send You to hell. Hell is a VERY scary place. Honey I appreciate your enthusiasm, but as a Christian I wish you would talk more of God's love and Grace instead of damning people to Hell. Fear is not a reason for belief. Love is.

God Bless you and Merry Christmas.

‘But isn’t Jesus called a god in the Bible?’ someone may ask. This is true. Yet Satan is also called a god. (2 Corinthians 4:4) At John 1:1, which refers to Jesus as “the Word,” some Bible translations say: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” But notice, verse 2 says that the Word was “in the beginning with God.” And while men have seen Jesus, verse 18 says that “no man hath seen God at any time.” (Authorized or King James Version) So we find that some translations of verse 1 give the correct idea of the original language when they read: “The Word was with God, and the Word was divine,” or was “a god,” that is, the Word was a powerful godlike one. (An American Translation) Clearly, Jesus is not Almighty God. In fact, Jesus spoke of his Father as “my God” and as “the only true God.”

Did Jesus ever say that he was God? No, he never did. Rather, in the Bible he is called “God’s Son.” And he said: “The Father is greater than I am.” Also, Jesus explained that there were some things that neither he nor the angels knew but that only God knew. (Mark 13:32) Further, on one occasion Jesus prayed to God, saying: “Let, not my will, but yours take place.” (Luke 22:42) If Jesus were the Almighty God, he would not have prayed to himself, would he? In fact, following Jesus’ death, the Scripture says: “This Jesus God resurrected.” (Acts 2:32) Thus the Almighty God and Jesus are clearly two separate persons. Even after his death and resurrection and ascension to heaven, Jesus was still not equal to his Father.

As for the “Holy Spirit,” the so-called third Person of the Trinity, this is not a person but God’s active force. John the Baptizer said that Jesus would baptize with holy spirit, even as John had been baptizing with water. Hence, in the same way that water is not a person, holy spirit is not a person. (Matthew 3:11) What John foretold was fulfilled when, following the death and resurrection of Jesus, holy spirit was poured out on his followers gathered in Jerusalem. The Bible says: “They all became filled with holy spirit.” (Acts 2:4) Were they “filled” with a person? No, but they were filled with God’s active force. Thus the facts make clear that the Trinity is not a Bible teaching. Actually, long before Jesus walked the earth gods were worshiped in groups of three, or trinities, in places such as ancient Egypt and Babylon.

If you understand the true meaning of Hell, then you will know that everyone that death takes, goes to Hell.

Definition: The word “hell” is found in many Bible translations. In the same verses other translations read “the grave,” “the world of the dead,” and so forth. Other Bibles simply transliterate the original-language words that are sometimes rendered “hell”; that is, they express them with the letters of our alphabet but leave the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl' and its Greek equivalent hai'des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge'en·na, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished (and some believe that this is with torment).

What sort of people go to the Bible hell?

Eccl. 9:5, 10: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all .

Does the Bible indicate that the soul survives the death of the body?

Ezek. 18:4: “The soul* that is sinning, it itself will die.”
King James Bible

Does anyone ever get out of the Bible hell?

Rev. 20:13, 14, KJ: “The sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell* delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.” (So the dead will be delivered from hell. Notice also that hell is not the same as the lake of fire but will be cast into the lake of fire.)

Simply put, the word Hell is translated from the Hebrew word Sheol, which means the grave, where everyone goes when they die.

hello ,
We are all sons of God and his childs., It is the same when yu call someone your brother but his not really your brother . it came later after Jesus die that his followers said that jesus is the son of God . Jesus himself didn`t ever said in the bible that " I am God " "your creator" "your sustainer" ,in fact he never said so . so come down sister . Jesus is still a great men , a great Prophet same as other prophets , He had a great message "christianity " he is a prophet that is it . but he is not the son of God
look at him saying in the bible "
If you love me, Keep my commandments. And I will pray to the Father and He shall give you another comforter that he may abide with you forever.
(Bible, John 14-15/16)
so jesus will pray to God( the father ) for us . He can do nothing by himself except when pray to god .

If anyone who has any understanding of psychology...you will immediately realize that tactics being used by this person. Then observe the other posts! WOW! It works...

interesting they can't see around that, it could be instrumental in the destruction of their DNA. I guess were still evolving.

May I point out the reason to believe in something is not hope, fear, hate, love...but evidence. Emotions make people do and believe in dumb things. Evidence does not.

I am a mithraist and i believe that Mithra is the Son of God.

God Sent Mithra (His son) to earth, to preach about his father, and he Sacrificed himself (Since he Is the Lamb of God) On the Cross, but he died for US, and he rose again three days later.

HIS FOTHER "AHURA MAZDA" IS THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS, IT SAYS SO IN THE ZEND-AVESTA (zoroastrian bible)!!!

Yes, Jesus is the Son of God. And he is not God.

No, he wouldn't send people to hell...because a loving God and Son of God would not do that.

Jeremiah 7:30 says 'The people of Judah have done evil in my eyes, declares the LORD. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my Name and have defiled it. 31 They have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to burn their sons and daughters in the fire—something I did not command, nor did it enter my mind.'

If burning children did not even enter God's mind, why would he create it? No he didnt, the teaching of fiery torment in hell are created by religious leaders to sow fear in the hearts of many.

I believe in God and in Jesus and I follow them because of love....Do you follow them because of your fear of hell?

If JC is the son of God, then that makes God a Father that did not stay at home. The bible jumps from JC being 0 years old to about 30... How great could JC have been if he had a father around.
