THis guy sent me a e-mail saying that he will send me dreamweaver but he wrote a description on it and its dreamweaver.exe
Who thinks its a virus?and its illegal

If it was unsolicited, it's most likely either virus or spyware. Most email providers, suchs as yahoo or hotmail have an integrated virus scanner that will disable infected attachments. If you would like to actually download it, I'd recomend scanning it with your own antivirus SW, but I'd delete it right away. Even if it's a full copy of dreamweaver (you would still need the registration info), most likely it would be illegal.

anything thru email thats an exe file is almost certainly a virus.
delete it now.
don't even consider opening it.
