Provided you have Arabic fonts installed on your machine, click the "view" icon on the tool bar of your program - either your browser or your e-mail client - and go down to the "character encoding" option , or simply "encoding" in MSInternetExplorer. This will point to several choices, all related to the type of "character" , or letter , to be displayed. You will usually find a small black dot opposite "UNICODE". Now, in order to see Arabic letters, you need to choose "ARABIC". Click here and the page will reload, hopefully displaying Arabic characters this time.
