Yeah sure cause im 162 lbs when i was 15

this depends on one hell of alot. 160 is considered overweight but i was almost 200 at 15. BMI says 160 is overweight and i dont trust it because it is a consideration of more than just height by wieght. If you weigh 160 and you dont workout at all then its not very healthy but if your 160 and your strong, you work, and exercise it is good.

160lbs is a great weight for a guy your age! Your body will have a growth spurt in the next few years and you'll look, lean, cut and filled out. Keep the weight on, it'll be good for you during your growth spurt.
