what is a hello world camera ?
do u mean its a webcam ?

if yes...there will be record button on it some where and when u click it - it will start recording...

or u can install its drivers and then use the software to take the pictures and video's....

if u search for the manual on yahoo/google/live search engines - u will get the exact step by step instructions for the same..
