No exceptions...period. Even with parents' permission, presence, bribery, whatever...in CA, you *HAVE* to be 18+

It's 18 everywhere...sometimes less with parental approval.

18.....but if ur younger than tht...ur parent/gaurdian has to sign a paper and thts it!!! im 14 and i live in west bloomfield michigan.....i have 1 on my lower back
