Cack = British slang for c**p
Nappy = British term for diaper
Of course, British and Australians share a lot of slang terms.

The last few answers are correct. The origin of the term cack is interesting. I went to school in Britain and now live in NZ. Cack is a commonly-used term in Lancashire. About 200 years ago during the Industrial Revolution, hundreds of textile workers migrated from Flanders, where they speak Dutch, to Lancashire. The Dutch verb to **** is kakken. In the 1960s, when Popeye the Sailor Man was a popular kids' cartoon show, Lancashire slum kids used to sing
I'm Popeye the sailor man
I live in a caravan.
There's a hole in my back where I do my cack
I'm Popeye the sailor man.

It means "to sh!t yourself" - a term associated with scary sports and so forth - eg, john cacked his nappies after he did the bungy in queenstown. john cacked his daks (daks= pants) when the wild pig came running at him. Hit the corner sideways at 100 and cacked myself.

It means that the person Sh*t themselves in fright! And what Zee Prime says is very interesting but if you are looking at it from and Aussie term, it is way too deep. We call a spade a spade and it just means to Sh*t oneself pure and simple!
