Jesus reminds us that they hated Him first...
John 15:18 -
If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.
John 15:25 -
But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, 'They hated Me without a cause.'

...This makes no sense. ARGGG!!! The logic is so flawed in this creationist's question It's almost if you have to guide her through it. Such a task....but i'll try:
Ok adorehim, look at your question. You are not proposing a valid question. I can only compare your question to a math problem like:
1A+2B= ? ...You can not add A and B and say 3!!!! Just like you can't come with a reasonable answer to your question because it is asking why christians are insulted, but other religions hate it..??? As if it's implying christians don't also hate it when they are insulted. So the only intepretation I can make of your question is
Why is it christians don't hate being insulted, but other religions do?
But then we have a new problem. THATS A COMPLETELY UNTRUE STATEMENT! No one likes to be insulted...christian, Atheist, muslim. so let's leave it at that.

I don't feel insulted. People who have tried to insult me in the past didn't even know me, so their opinion of me or my beliefs really don't mean squat to me. When someone can discuss beliefs without insults, then I pay attention.
All groups are persecuted, but I believe the Jews have us all beat.

I'm pretty sure that everyone hates it when they are insulted. I'm also positive that all religions are insulted by other religions. Christianity is not a special case.
Your question could easily be asked in reversed: Why are non-Christian religions insulted for their beliefs but Christians hate it when they are insulted? The question makes about as much sense either way.

Christians read insult into most things, including simple disagreement.
I don't hate it when Christians insult Judaism. Or atheism. Or evolution (which isn't actually a religion, btw). I just wish they'd have more than an iota of understanding before they do so.

All religions are insulted... and considering most of the people in the US are Christians, believe me, they aren't persecuted as much as you'd like to say they are. At least, not in this country.

This quote has some intelligent insight to this phenomenon:
"I contend we are both atheists, I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."
...Stephen F Roberts
So Mr Roberts is contending that for the reasons that all religions are insulted by other religions is reason enough to conclude that all religions are wrong.
I apologize if anyone finds this insulting, but the facts are there. If everyone thinks that other religions are wrong, then there are more people that think religion is wrong than right.

Because other beliefs do not carry around a big sign saying, "Persecute me."
Infact, I've come to the conclusion, a Christian's life is not complete unless it is being abused.

All religions hate it when they are insulted, and no religion should be insulted. But history shows that christians imposed their religion on many societies and civilisations, sometimes forcefully, sometimes brutally which was wrong. Not just history but we see it in so many films and books; perhaps that influences people to insult their belief.

Jesus said, "no servant is greater than his master. The world hated me, it will also hate you."
I don't think there's anything like this in Islam or Judaism where they are warned that they will be hated.
I wonder what all Abraham saw when he had the vision of terror in Genesis. Was it just about slavery? or was the Holocaust included? Must have broken his heart.
(I wonder if Christians were included in his vision of terror. The Christians who died for their faith. Anyway, that's a little off, but just hit me. We are grafted in.)

Yes...it's a problem that people tend to be more charitable toward any world view other than Christianity. I find it absurd that many democratic women are more tolerant towards Islam then they are to Christiantiy, though if Islam took form in America the way of the democratic women would change drastically for the worse.
