Toyota, in 2007, will become the largest selling carmaker in the world, taking over from GM. This distinction comes for a good reason -- Toyota vehicles are the world's best in terms of value, design, reliability, and resale value.

Better for what? Longevity, gas mileage, power....? I'm a Chevy man so naturally I'm gonna say GM, however for gas mileage, I would have to say either Toyota or Honda. For longevity, VW or Toyota.

ooh, just one??? I'd have to say Toyota, partly because I've driven one over 340,000 miles...and partly because they excel in so many areas. I'm praying for GM's Saturn, though. They've got an awesome new car called the Aura (awesome compared to old Saturns, at least). But yeah, I'd say toyota has it all.
