I always thing cheddar cheese things go well with ham like:
Cheddar cheese scones or biscuits
scalloped potatoes
cheesy mashed potatoes
or things like:
apple mustard glaze
bread dressing with smoked ham, goat cheese and dried cherries in it.
Green beans with bits of bacon (real bacon) and shallots
carrots in a honey mustard glaze
etc...

Yummy, mashed sweet potato, garlic green beans, seeded rye bread. Some white German wines, strawberry cheese cake, enjoy.

Mashed potatoes (to offset the saltiness of the ham)
Dinner rolls
Veggies (e.g., green salad, green beans, tomatoes, roasted bell peppers)

Sweet potato casserole,green bean casserole ,mashed potatoes.
SWEET POTATOES about 4 medium one can eagle brand ,one stick of butter mashed all together ,put it in the oven for 45 m top it with marshmallow until golden .
Boil or roast the sweet potatoes first.

I always have it with roasted vegetables like sweet potato,peppers, mushrooms, red onion - bung it all the the oven in some oil for 20 or so mins and bobs your uncle! mmmmmm
