i had a lot of sinsus surgery back in june and my nose aches alot. the surgen said my nose would ache for a while, as anyone had this problem and know of some pain relief, is there any pain relief for a aching nose.

I would have thought that 6 months is an excessive amount of time to have to put up with sinus pain, so if I were you I'd go back to see your consultant in the new year just to cheack that everything is fine.
Untill then, if the pain is severe, you could tak co-codamol tablets from the pharmacy, and also ibuprofen. Best to check with the pharmacist if both tablets are okay for you, incase you are on any other medication.

I had sinus surgery done a year ago October. The pain lasted for maybe a month. If you are still having pain, something is not right! Get in to see someone right away! Get a second opinion since this guy obviously doesn't know s**t!

I had sinus surgery six years ago and the aching is normal but should not last for more than three months. I took aleve and it helped me with the aching.

Watch the nasal sprays some can wipe out your sense of smell (not permanently). Did the doctor say it would take a long time to recover? Ask him or her.

cocaine is good. No seriously, be glad you survived as that is some potentially deadly surgury.
I would try to find some pain numbing nasal spray.
What is with your doctor for not giving you a prescription for some?
What was it for and did it help?
I would consult with another very good specialist about this if it was me.
