YOU DIDN'T SAY IF THE 13 YEAR OLD WAS A GIRL OR BOY, IT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. A GIRL WOULD RATHER HAVE AN IPOD NANO AND A BOY WOULD RATHER HAVE PSP.

if you are intrested in a medium priced music player, then go for the nano. if you are more than intrested then JUST music, go for the PSP. if you are low on money, go for the iPod shuffle-it CLIPS! =)

Dude PSP easy. It does games and music where the others only do music.
