I have absolutly no idea what the sauce's name is called. It's an italian food.... and the sauce is creamy white with some brocoli, bacon(?), something else, and serves it with thick spegetti noodles. Any one know what it's called? I don't think it's clam, but it tasted good.....

I think that if there's bacon in it, it might be Spaghetti Carbonara. If you are looking for an alfredo sauce try this one:

Less calories than traditional alfredo, but so so good!

Yes there are plenty of ways Use diced tomatoes fried in olive oil with garlic and basil. enough oil to coat the bottom of your sauce pan Fry this for about 20 minutes add fresh basil at the end pour over your favorite pasta Or use a little olive oil 1/4 cup in a sauce pan and stir in tomato paste(SMALL CAN) then fry that up with chopped garlic and add one can of tomato sauce 8oz and a large can of diced tomatoes 16 oz add 1 can beef or chicken broth one grated carrot Let all this simmer till its thick again about an hour or until carrots disappear then add about a tablespoon of oregano or basil or both and simmer 15 min more always add the spices at the end because they loose their flavor fast - hope you like it
