You both need to let him go and move on. If you dont and she ends up with him then she will tell you everything and what not you will get hurt feelings and then you guys will more then likely loose a friendship over him. same goes if you go out with him,.. One way or the other there will be jealousy..

i think your just gonna have to let him decide who he likes and wants to be with.. it's really not up to either of you.. and that way if you just let him decide your friendship won't be ruined because it would be his choice and not either of yours! good luck and i hope neither of you hurt alot over it..
