God yes--it gets to be that on average and I'm going to shave my head and buy a wig!

I used to think so, but after 2 years of so-so haircuts, I spent about 80 for one in an upscale salon and it was a great foundation for better hair. I highly recommend an Aveda concept salon. The reason is that they pay such close attention to the way your face is and how your hair grows, etc. They also give scalp massages. Even an Aveda cosmetology school does this, and then its cheap!
I think your hair is one of your biggest attributes, if it looks great and feels great, so do you!

I think the Romans gave Delilah more than that to cut Samson's hair.

Yes, it is. I don't have too much hair to cut.

For me it is ! I usually pay $8 - $10.
But for girls and just a CUT I would imagine it would be.
It would have to be a famous hair designer and you have money to throw away.

For me it is, but I'm cheap. It depends on if you're getting it dyed or anything in addition to the cut.

Cut? Maybe. Styling possibly including color, possibly including complex braid work? It might not even be enough..
