I am a teen ager. i am using abs king .My question,Is Abs king will cause any effect of height increase?Is it good to use for a teen ager or in a puberty age?

It's very important for teen agers to get good exercise, but I have no idea what an Ab King is. I really doubt that the Ab King will change your height in any way, even if he has soveriegn rule over the Abdominal region.
