It sounds like an oxy-moron, but an active body rests a lot more effectively than a person who is sedentary. Try to get at least 20-30 minutes of cardio per day. (Of course, if you're having trouble sleeping, you'll want to try fitting your workout into your schedule earlier in the day.) You'll lose unwanted pounds, feel better, naturally elevate your mood, and best of all, you'll sleep like a baby! Give it a try! :)

Sleep Mali, SLEEP!! and if this does not work your fatigue could mean something different if you are indeed getting enough sleep. See a doctor, but if you have so many things going on at one time you might want to see what priority that needs to be handled and then sleep, rest, cat naps, we will all get through the season. to fight fatigue u need to intake food with calories, more the better and make sure u get about 8 hr sleep.

I'm a nurse. Stress is usually the cause of this. I recommend seeing your doctor and finding a stress reliever solution.

Stress is huge... Just remember health is more important so cut some of the stress out of your life.
