In my right leg my hamstring and thigh cramps up... anyone know why? and how can i relieve the pain.

Besides Calcium/Magnesium, don't sweat too much, not to loose important ingredients with your too much sweat.
Also pay attention to the chair where you are sitting every day. Your legs should be parallel to the floor, and not leaning heavily on the edge of the chair, to allow good circulation in your thighs.
Often change position if you are sitting for a long time.

I would suggerst to check it out with your Physician, at your next visit. I get them in the Pool, while doing earobics, Quinine water is good for leg cramps. Available at supermarkets.Worth a try.

Potassium defficiency can cause leg cramps. Just eat bananas, they are loaded with potassium.

perhaps u may be anaemic. suppressed malaria also causes cramps in hamstrings. it may be iotrogenic(by drugs allopathic)

try a calcium/ magnesium supplement before bed .muscle function depends on mineral balance and good blood flow

i have the same thing, i take calcium before bet at nights and it it help allot.
