My Lab loves to watch TV especially if animal planet is on. He will lay at the edge of the bed and just watch it. I know he is watching because he moves his head and tilts it to the side. He pays more attention when dogs are on. If I am not home he does better if the TV is on, he does not get into trouble.

My dog pays attention when there are animals on TV, but as soon as it switches to humans he loses interest. We watched One Man and His Dog together last week.

As soon as the credits start to roll for Eastenders he goes to bed, or when he hears any music like the Eastenders theme. He goes straight to bed when I shut down Windows and the little jingle plays too. I must have sent him straight to bed a few times when these noises were in the background!
