RE:
Is Merry Christmas to you and your family in spanish:?
Feliz navidad a ti y tu familia
or is it feliz navidad a tu y tu familia

I am Spanish.
It is "Feliz Navidad a ti y a tu familia" in informal Spanish, "Feliz Navidad a usted y a su familia" in formal Spanish (if you don't know the person well) Also, they prefer usted instead of tu (ti) in many latinamerican countries.
But it sounds somewhat awkward, a more common way to say it is just: "Feliz Navidad a todos" (Happy Christmas to all of you)

Feliz Navidad a ti y a tu familia.

Missing a letter "a" there.

The "what" comes first then the "whom"
