My hugest fear of pregnancy is all the expanding I'll be doing. But what has me particularly frightened is the possibility that my nose will spread. I can't imagine having my face altered for any length of time, and not being able to do a thing about it. I'll just cry for days...
Am I being overly-vain, or can I do something to ease up the inevitable???

My nose hasn't gotten any bigger either. I think you are looking to far into the whole thing. I'm 27weeks pregnant and this is my 2nd pregnancy. The 1st time I did gain weight all over, but with this 2nd one I only have gained weight in the chest and stomach. Everyone's body reacts to pregnancy differently. I would say, just don't stress about it, because being pregnant has nothing to do with what you look like, and if you are so into your looks you just might be a little conceited. Not trying to put you down, but when you're pregnant your body is going to automatically change. Don't stress it and i wish you the best of luck.

Sweetheart-
Don't worry about things that aren't going to last. Your nose may not spread, it depends on the amount of weight you gain. It will return to normal trust me. No one is as vain as I am so just continue to drink large amounts of water, no soda or chocolate, keep a good supply of cocoa butter (for possible stretch marks on the stomach and buttock) and eat plenty of vegetables. The healthier you are the less the baby will be force to draw you vitamins and amino acids from you. Pamper yourself!! This is the time that you should enjoy being babied before the actual baby.

There is nothing wrong with keeping yourself up!

My nose hasn't spread yet and I only have a few more weeks left. I don't think that it is inevitable....and if it does spread, it probably won't spread that much for it to be very detectable. Don't worry about it, there are so many other things to worry about.

WHAT are you TALKING about? LOL! Your nose spreading? lololol.
i have never SEEN or HEARD of someones nose expanding. lol.
Your body changes and you look differnt when pregnant some times... but you dont look different to other people, atleast not like that.
lol. Thats halarious.
