How do I put the pad on my dog?????

I'm really going nuts over here! My mother left me her dog and didn't explain how to put her pad on and now shes on her period and I dont know what to do!The pad has a little open side in the back...Is that so when she POOPS???? Is she going to end up peing on the diaper????PLEASE HELP!!!! THANKS!!

the hole would be where the tail will go thru , you take it off every time you let the dog outside. then put it back on when the dog is done outside, its a real pain but if the dog isnt fixed, you have to do that.

Pet stores usually have "heat diapers" for dogs that are in heat and yes the hole is probably for the tail.
You should probably walk the dog outside to relieve herself then put the pad on. I'm geussing its like a diaper where you slip the legs through and then the tail through the little hole?
Also...dogs dont have periods, they go into heat. It is a completely different thing then what people consider a period.

The pants og on the dog and the pad goes in the pants.
You must remove the pants for the dog to go to the bathroom otherwise you are going to be washing them alot. They do not poop or pee with the pads on. You need to remove them all the time.
They make little pants type things that you put the pad into. They are held on with velcro on the dog you just undo them for potty breaks.

Animal store have special reuasable diapers you can get for your dog with velcro straps. Put the pad in the diaper and then put the diaper on.

The opening in the back is where her tail goes. You will have take take the little hot pants off of her ever so often so she can go potty. Hopes this helps and good luck with her :-)
