If U are serious about this Thai Lady, then get in touch with the CAB or write to the Home Office. Check the Net, that may help U. I have met Thai women who look for a way out of their country,because the leaders live in comfort but their people are poor. If the lady genuinely cares for U and U for her then go for it. As far as marrying her in Thailand, you need to check the rules for that with the Thai consul in Hull. You will both need a blood test for STD

To bring her into the uk she will have to apply for a visa at the British Embassy in Bangkok. Takes about 6 months to get her application checked out . My mate has gone through the procedures - good luck to you both

Apparently she'll have to have a compulsory health test. I know someone else who married a Thai lady and she had to have a health check to verify her sex.
This is because quite a few ladyboys who've had operations done have gotten married and have tried to get into the UK. I don't know about other details but you should know that she'll have to have a medical.
