keep your distance
picture it:
you chase - you conquer
you're together
then another girl chases...
and conquers
just remember if a man tastes the evil fruit once he'll do it twice
if you like him that much then wait until he can focus on you
men can't walk and chew gum at the same time

This is since a difficult position to be in. One, you want him. Two, he's taken. The first thing you need to find out is 1) what's the relationship like between the two of them; and 2) does he carry romantic feelings for you. Any typical answer would be, "get over him, move on." But that's not the reality. Most of us enjoy even prefer a challenge. You have to come off like you just want to be his friend, only. Trust me, men with gfs do not like girls that want them too. You have to the be the one, that's not like his current, the one he thinks he would be happier with, and you always have to present yourself as if you don't need him, but that you think he's a great person. You have to plant the seed. Who knows, maybe one day, they break up, and you just happen to be there, the day after?

Leave him alone. A real woman never breaks up a happy home. Even an unhappy one. The consequences of a move like that could be more devasting than you realize.

Have you told him how you feel, do you have things in common, how serious is he about his girlfriend?
Sometimes we want what we cannot have, but interfering in a relationship will never result in anything positive

I would move on until they are broken up. Spliting them up would just make you a horrible person.

Just slip a pair of panties into his pocket, and run away. That should do it.
