I presume that you also have the mother, in which case you won't see her poop or pee because takes care of it by licking her. Most puppies will eliminate on their own by three weeks of age.
Puppies lack the necessary muscle control over these functions. A puppy must be stimulated to urinate and defecate. This duty is normally performed by the mother. Her grooming or licking of the puppy's anal area will stimulate it to urinate and defecate. Orphaned puppies must be manually stimulated by the owner to enable urination and defecation. The puppy must be stimulated after each and every feeding. Fortunately, this is easy. A cotton ball or piece of very soft toweling works well. Moisten it with warm water and gently rub the anal and genital area. Within one to two minutes, the puppy will urinate and/or defecate. Some puppies will respond better before eating, while others respond better after eating.

When you have a new pup for usually about three months they don't poop in front of you because they do not really know you that well and they are afraid that you are going to yell at them. So when you like leave them for like one min. they will usually come back to you with the face " What?" So after that happens go look around your whole entire house even in t5he weirdest places and if you find poop then you probably need to take longer walks with your dog if no poop then you might want to speak to the vet.

If this is an orphan or abandoned pup, listen to babyblue's answer. At that age, the reflex must be stimulated, by mimicking the mother's actions. This is natures way of insuring a clean nest so the helpless infants don't build up an odor that attracts predators when mom has to leave to eat or relieve herself. She would lick the region soon after they nurse. She slacks off on this when they start chewing on real food instead of just taking her milk. She can be surprisingly vigorous at this task to accomplish the goal.
Like several other answers, if she has a caring mom, this is being taken care of and you won't see poop until other food begins to be introduced.

If it is with the mother, she stimulates the puppy to poop and then eats it.
If it isn't still with the mother, call a vet.

I had a puppy that wouldn't poop. It didn't for like 3 weeks. It got real skinny and weak. I took it to the vet and he made me buy some food. He told me that I have to give it food everyday for the rest of his life. You may try that but in the long run it gets kind of expensive. Once I started giving it the food it started pooping all the time. I would stop feeding it to get him to stop pooping so much but he seems happier when he eats the food.

the mother usually cleans it up as soon as it happens....a 2 week old puppies poop isn't large so you probably won't see it anyway...

She is extremely young, especially to be away from her mother if that is the case. Take her to the vet and try to get her on a supplement after seeing if she is healthy. If its a new place for her, she is adjusting and it may take time. Wait it out, but do talk to your vet in the meantime.

Look under the bed, couch, etc. If she's still only on milk, there may not be so much poop. but, if it continues, I would see a vet.
