am i to fat should i lose weight?or am i not fat?

Since you are a 13 year old you should not have to worry about losing weight, but after you stop growing, probably at 16 or 17, you have to watch what you eat. For now just be aware of the foods you are eating and try to do some aerobic activity 2 or 3 times a week, if you're not already, like powerwalking or jogging. I hope this helps.

Well i'm 5'6in &138lbs and im only taller than you by an inch and I don't look fat. So i dont think you look fat neither. I dont think you should worry. But remember that your still going to grow but not that much, so when you stop growing in height the only way you could grow is sideways. I think your ok, just watch what you eat and youll be fine. look, dont worry about it. im 5"4 & 114 & im 12. so chill. ull lose it. i no tat people on magazines & music viedo etc. make u thinkur 2big but ur not. there is a grl at my skewl tat weighs like 300 in 7th grade. lol. just dont listen 2 the HATERS tat say ur 2 big b/c ur not.

its a lil big but it depends on you muscle mass and measurements. NEVER JUST GO BY THE SCALE. have a doctor check it out.
