When you see hairstyles it's not about the age it's about the dimensions of the face and how the person dresses not to mention personality. But that would be a universal hairstyle and be good for that age group. Very cute style and easy as long as you have straight hair.

I think it should suit a teen girl just fine, though the styling of it may be a bit tricky. When you get it cut, ask your stylist for some tips.
