People get nosebleeds. But is it before or during the aneurysm i am not sure, Don't worry about it. You don't know wwhat your fate is, You could be hit by a car or choke on your food or heart attack or your house could explode or Anything! Don't worry be happy!

Real bad headaches
Prevention would be to exercise and not smoke or do drugs or drink alcohol, and eat healthy low carb, lean protein foods.
