When I reboot my windows 2000, I get an error saying there is an error in PQV2isvc.exe.Can I delete this file?

It is a Norton Ghost Process. It may be a bit useless but it is harmless. It does seem to take up some space so you can disable it if you need to.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
