yep. cast iron is best though...with butter

Yes! It is not the best way to treat a good peice of meat, but it works just fine. Try a broiler pan in the over on broil. Keep the door open and leave it in o each side for 3-5 min. Remember to salt and pepper the steak first.

Of course you can! The advantage of using a nonstick skillet is that you can cook anything and it won't get sticked!

Yes, add about 2T of water to it, and cover it with a lid. The steak will grill in its own juices, and be very good.

Of course you can, just be careful not to use high flame when using non-stick (teflon) skillets. Excessive heat damages their surface.

no stick came first years ago. yes it is fine but use oil or a cooking spray . the steak will stick if you don't

yeah you can but you shouldn't.
Because of it's non stick surface it will be really hard to develop a fond and w/ out a fond it will be really hard to toss in some aromatics , deglaze the pan, and make a quick sauce.

yes but i would still spray some non-stick or spread a little olive oil on the pan because it may still stick a little.
