ok so this guy i like i told him that i liked him.so then after that i didn't ever bring it up again but he constantly brought it up himself even. and he still says that he doesn't like me that way. so i get the feeling that he's lying about not liking me the way i like him. so is him constantly bringing up the fact that i like him a way of him telling me that he likes me that way?

He may or he just like the attention that he gets every time he brings it up and as long as you do not say no not anymore he will probably keep bringing it up. He may think hes a ladys man and his head is going to explode. Heck with it next time he brings it up and says that you like him just plant a kiss on him. Only way to know for sure. Tell him if he keeps bringing up you will continue to kiss him everytime. One time I had a guy do the same thing, he just wanted the attention, he did not like me, he did this to every girl he found out that liked him. He is probably wondering if you liked him why did you not keep bringing it up. He wants attention more then likely, if he liked you since he is so confident in making an *** out of himself he would make a move unless he thinks that you do not like him anymore and now he likes you.

Why would he lie to you? The main reasons why guys lie about liking a girl are: he is taken and doesn't want to cause drama, or he's afraid of rejection. You didn't mention that he has a girl, so I just assume he doesn't. Obviously, he cannot fear rejection because he knows there would be no resistance.
Why don't you just ask him? That's the only way you'll really find out.

He probably doesn't want to admit. But he does like you. He's bringing it up so that you can say it again, and so that he gets another opportunity to tell you without having to say it himself at a random moment.
