See i am making chocolate chip cookies and the recipe ask for 2 1/2 TEASPOON of Vannila and i put 2 1/2 TABLESPOON will my cookie turn out bad or if anything how will they turn out with too much vanilla??

Nothing will happen except that you will have cookies that have more vanilla flavor. The alcohol in the vanilla extract is very volatile and heat will cook it off. The only time you would have a problem using too much extract when baking is if you are making a recipe that calls for yeast. The alcohol can kill the yeast before it has time to activate. If you don't want to use any alcohol when baking use ground vanilla beans. They are typically used at one -half the level of pure vanilla extract.

i always add extra vanilla, should be fine..
