Father is a form of address used for Roman Catholic, Orthodox and High Anglican priests.
Reverend is a title given to people who have been ordained in any Christian denomination and it extends to deacons as well as to clergymen and ministers of religion. There are permutations: Very Reverend for an Archdeacon, Right Reverent for a Bishop, Most Reverend for an Archbishop, etc.
A vicar is a clergyman who has what is known as a "cure of souls" under a bishop. The term vicar comes from "vicarious", which means on behalf of another. He is therefore a kind of assistant bishop. It is very difficult to distinguish between the title of vicar and the title of rector in practice, both priests fulfilling the same functions, the technical difference being that while the vicar serves under and is responsible to the bishop a rector is the priest who is elected by and called to run a parish or separate congregation.

All titles to refer to the clergy. The term "father" short for "father in God" is used for both Catholic Priests and some Anglican Priests, especially the Anglo-Catholic or High Church section of the Church of England. Reverend is a common term for a clergy man of most Christian Churches. The word Vicar is generally used in the Anglican Church, however, the most senior priest in a Roman Catholic diocese is known as the Vicar General.
