In my thinking having or not having bangs matters all about your face structure.Usually bangs do look cute on all faces but they have to be balanced out. Like if you have a long/oval face long staright bangs will look cute. But if you have a small/circle face you would look cute with short edgy bangs. Buy a magazine it will help you alot or ask your hair dresser

bangs are so cute i have a bang even if u have a bad hair day u can put it in a ponytail and people believe u style ot because of ur bangs. bangs are so hott but however in a windy day i hate when my bang gets all over the place

depends on the type of face you have...high forhead, etc. Some people look cuter in bangs and some don't ... and there are those out there that look good both ways... choose the style that looks best on you with your facial features and that will be what is the most cute.

If you are going to ask me, I prefer girls with no bangs than those with bags. Bangs can cover the upper part of the face, covering a part of the true beauty of a girl.

I prefer no bangs. I had them for years, and finally decided to grow them out, and once I did, I realized that I never want bangs again! you can have wispy pieces cut around your face without commiting to having full blown bangs.

Depends. Facial structure, hair texture, length. Look it up. See if it works for you. :)
But bangs can be really cute although some say they are best on 5 yr olds. Take your pick.

depends on the style of the rest of your hair. side sweep bangs would be cute with long layers.
