The link's suggestion previously posted by gardengate's looks to me rather correct. I'm Italian and I've tested that site on yr behalf.
My Italian sound it's rather different than the one of the recorded voice over there (as advised by previous answerer the pronunciation is the one of a foreigner knowing Italian) but in any case it's still better than nothing.
That said, I must add that just main towns are in the dictionary while smallest are not included therein. I don't know what was yr interest , however I don't have any better suggestion.

Try Merriam Webster Dictionary
http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?book=Dictionary&va=livorno
I put LIVORNO here, as an example.
I think there are not all Italian cities but most of them.
AND IT GIVES sounds, so you can here their pronuciation!
Pronunciation is like an Englishman could pronounce, not the real Italian one, but at lest it's a help.
Best wishes!

Italian pronunciation is all phonetic. Once you learn the system of pronunciation for letters and their combinations, you apply that to everything. That's one thing that makes it an easy language to learn. It isn't like English, with it's different spelling rules and exceptions.
