well im an 11 yr old boy and i called my girlfriend at about 11:00 pm and her mom got really mad and i lost track of time and so now shes grounded and i think shes gonna dump me and i was up all night last night worrying about it and i dont wanna ruin our relationship and i cant talk to her what should i do

First things first... apologize to her parents. Write them an apologetic letter, call them on the phone and speak to them directly, or better yet, go over there yourself and let them know that you are truly sorry, and that you want to be respectful of their rules and authority.
Then, talk to your girlfriend, apologize for getting her in trouble, and take it from there. In the future, don't call after 8.
