Help i hate my little gut?

it dosent look well on me i have a small frame but when i flex i can see a six paceked rip abspokeing threw and its very definde how do i get rid of that gut and will jogging for 40 minuets everyday lots of water and eating more greens on my plate help me

I am very inscicure about my gut but still i still get beautiful woman looking at me but i just dont like my gut

I am 5'9 inches 19 166 pounds i lift weights and i do street joggin and will be joining pilates

Check out a men's magazine like Men's Fitness, and pay a personal trainer for a one-hour session. Some cardio helps, and eating a mix of greens and protein will also help. You can also see a registered dietician for one session for advice. But, generally speaking, you're on the right track with eating greens, drinking water, and jogging 40 minutes a day.
