I recommend getting a visa from the embassy next time. If you get denied, it is a shorter trip home.

SO you came for 90 days and stayed for 7 months?

Yes under visa waiver program you could very easily be turned around when you try to enter the next time. AND you passport will be stamped that you were turned around on arrival.
That will make it harder to get any other visa.

The best solution would be to apply for a regular visitor visa (which can be for 6-12 months) at the US embassy in your country of residence. Be honest. Tell them you overstayed - if they discover you were an overstay and didn't tell them, they are more likely to turn down your visa.

They will also want to know the reason you overstayed.... working and such while you were here will nix your chance of coming back, as a tourist.

Be prepared that they may require LOTS of proof that you are not going to violate your visa again....and ulitimately they may turn you down anyway.

I am assuming that you overstayed, then left on your own. If you were caught and sent back, well that is another story.

Next time just get a visa extention. They will probably give you a hard time coming back here. They will ask you the reason for overstaying and if you say something like I was sick they will ask for proof.
Just be honest you might not get the visa the first time you go but they will give it to you again assuming you did not break any laws

You shouldn't have any problems but I would check with your local US embassy for a visa the next time you want to visit. You will need to apply at least two months in advance. You might need a good reason as to why you overstayed.
I don't think there is any problem with overstaying unlike that very rude person. Americans should be glad that there are tourists still willing to visit there.

drive in under a blanket!
124 days is too long! why did you do that??!
you cant over stay at all and you only get a 60 day grace period...consult an attorney!
where are you from?
Good Luck.
