Well by doing relaxing technices. Just sitting down in a quit place where you can think and not hear all the stuff going on around you. Telling yourself that all the tension does is get you more stress, and stress can casue you to get sick, and you don't really want to do that, so why not just quit feeling tension about things that you know is going to lead to stress and feeling more stressed and up tight. there are more too.

I go for a nice, long bike ride and/or take a long, hot shower. What is up with people on this site constantly recommending antidepressants? Isn't that a bit much for someone that just wants to relax? Get a grip.

that is what works for me besides the indisputable fact that it takes some practice: First, parent out what the detrimental situation is that's deflating your mood. 2d, everytime it (or the guy!) pops into your head, enable your self a jiffy (watch a clock) to get grumpy over it. third, decrease down the time you enable your self to be moody over the precedence. do this back and back. then you extremely do this until eventually you hit about 15 seconds and the finished situation (or man or woman) receives to be a shaggy dog tale. that is a superb options over options technique that self teaches you to end stressing over belongings you may't administration. maximum human beings enable those topics creep into our each and daily options in the course of the day. once you may remove them, you basically evidently get happier.

Try to listen to a sad song! I'm serious! lol, It works for me.... Just focus on it and kinda flow with it, then once it's over you'll be like, Wow, I'm not as bad as poor song victim person so I should be happy! Then listen to something happy! Tension will go away as you listen! lol, anyway, hope that helped.... I'm not sure whether to be sad or happy right now though... I just listened to two sad songs in a row....
