It is a raw fruit! Raw meaning uncooked, full of essential vitamins and minerals and especially high in enzymes and including thousands of undiscovered nutrients that man does not know of yet! The best part is it taste sweet and juicy. It is a true treat. Even though they say citrus fruits are acidic, they alkalinizes the body which is where you want to be. There is a book called "Alkalinize or Die"! Check it out. Beyond the above they come from mother earth, the same place where you come from, they are natural and full of the earth and suns energy.
