I think you did nothing wrong. God knows I have been in your shoes. Your actions were discreet and tactful. I am single myself, and I appreciate direct honesty. So here goes maybe he isn't that into you... yet. May be you read being nice as being interested. That doesn't mean I don't think he likes you. Maybe he is trying to figure out his next move to impress you.

Why would you give him a pic when he sees you at work everyday?...He might be in a relationship already....If all he has ever said is Hi? Next time wait until he says "I LIKE YOU. CAN I CALL YOU SOMETIME?" your cartoon pic is angry...I have learned let the man make the first move and it gives you the time to get to know him....you may not like him at all...also men do not like forceful women...it shows that you are a control freak, maybe needy, and insecure...Know that when the right man comes along you won't ask this question ever again....

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if a guy doesn't call within 48 hours, it means one of two things:
1. He's not interested
or
2. He's an insensitive self-centered idiot
Either way, the outcome is essentially the same. Heartbreak.

Take it easy. He'll call if he wants to. Don't be all stalker-ish about it, you'll scare him away. If he's not into you, move along. Maybe he's just being friendly.
